Initial Assessment

Initial
Assessment

It is important for your safety and well-being that you undergo a land based assessment by a qualified physiotherapist prior to starting a course of hydrotherapy treatment. This is to determine your fitness level and suitability for hydrotherapy and is also used to discuss your requirements and set goals for your sessions. This dry land assessment is mandatory for all of our patients.

What are the costs?

We have worked hard to bring you a quality hydrotherapy service at a reasonable cost. London Hydrotherapy currently charges £105 per session.  We also offer block booking discounts.

London Hydrotherapy is recognised by most medical insurance companies. If you are insured, we will send the invoice for your treatment directly to your insurer. For us to be able to do this, you will have to provide your membership number and a valid authorisation number from your insurer. Please ensure that you have this information before you attend your first session. If we do not have all of this information, we will invoice you directly.

Please note that the ultimate responsibility for payment rests with the patient: If for any reason, your insurer refuses to pay for any treatment, you will be liable yourself. For this reason, please contact your insurer before making an appointment, to check your level of cover and entitlement

When do the sessions run?

Mondays: 12.00pm – 2.00pm
Tuesdays: 12.00pm – 2.00pm
Wednesdays: 3.00pm – 5.00pm
Fridays: 12.00pm – 2.00pm
